MFS Harvest Campaign

For many food shelves and those who use their services regularly, finding fresh produce can be a challenge. To make these healthy options more readily available, Minnesota FoodShare has launched the Harvest Campaign. This food and fund drive focuses on bringing fresh, locally grown produce into Minnesota food shelves. Similar to the March Campaign, Minnesota FoodShare works with congregations and others during August and September to collect fresh produce and get it to those who need it most. 

At the conclusion of the Harvest Campaign, participants can nominate outstanding partners for the Golden Beat Award. This award is for those who go above and beyond to increase access to healthy food. To nominate an outstanding partner for the Golden Beat Award email Courtney Zaato using the form above or email and include the name of the group or individual you wish to nominate. Certificates will be sent to nominators, who can present awards to the recipients.
